Carolina Breast Friends
Carolina Breast Friends, also known as the Pink House, works to strengthen the wellbeing of women and men living with breast cancer. From instructional sessions to 1:1 mentoring, the programs and services that we offer at the Pink House uplift, educate, and empower.
Because of our proximity to the Charlotte area’s major medical facilities, we are often the first stop someone in the Carolinas makes when diagnosed--a safe landing place with a ready network of support and mentors. But that's not where it ends. Survivors at any point in their breast cancer journey find community and activities here to help them rise stronger. We also offer virtual and video sessions that anyone anywhere can access.
At Carolina Breast Friends, it's all about the breast cancer Survivor--whether newly diagnosed or well into recovery--and how to positively impact his or her experience.
Mission Statement: Carolina Breast Friends has been honored to have Dr Lopamudra Das Roy as a speaker on the Role of Inflammation in Cancer Progression. We support her work in the fields of genetics and breast cancer in the international community.
