Please start examining your Breast once a month, from the age 17-18 years (Check yourself a week after your period starts; For others - check yourself the same date every month) - any abnormalities, any discharges, any painless or painful lump - please immediately reach out to us so that we can help, guide & navigate or please contact your healthcare system. Please perform Mammogram/3D-Mammogram screening after the age of 40 & additional screening (Ultrasound, MRI, MBI) with Dense Breast if suggested by your doctor. High-risk population, please check early.
