I have been working with NH-RABINDRANATH TAGORE INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CARDIAC SCIENCES RTIICS (http://www.narayanahealth.org/ ) as –Deputy Manager– Corporate Relation & Corporate Social Responsibility- CSR Department since 24th April 2008 & to be continued.
In past I have worked with National and International level NGOs and WHO- World Health Organization as External Monitor in & around Howrah & Kolkata.
WORK EXPERIENCE
o Since 24th April 2008 I have been working with NH-Rabindradranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences NH- RTIICS-( https://www.narayanahealth.org ) managed by Narayana Health Group of Hospitals. as Deputy Manager- Corporate Relation & CSR-Social & Public Health Initiative, specially for outreach and community /corporate /health check up camp, social marketing and also a educational programme Udayer Pathey –(Doctoring the future) Scholarship program is a CSR initiative by Asia Heart Foundation with an aim of helping economically compromised students from rural Bengal to take up medical profession.
Also for NCD Program - Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) specially Oral cancer and Breast Cancer screening and Awareness proram in associate with NGOs/INGOs ,Schools, College factory workers and community and outreach in and around Kolkata –West Bengal
I have worked Cyclone Amphan relief work on behalf of Under CSR –NH in West Bengal specially Cyclone Amphan has affected East Medinipur, South 24 Parganas, North 24 Parganas (Sundarban Area )and Kolkata districts in West Bengal May 2020 at the time of With the danger of COVID19. Also distributed ventilation to Govt and Private Hospitals.
o I have worked with a Christian National level NGO SWADHINA(www.swadhina.org )
as a field supervisor since April 1997 to 30th June 2000 working for Rural Development project in tribal area specially for tribal women & Child development in remote area of West Bengal, Orissa and Bihar (Eastern Zone of India).
o Since 3rd July 2000 I have been working with SEED (www.seedkolkata.org )
a leading Child development Organisation of Howrah as an Assistant Co-ordinator for Street, working, Moving Children from railway platform & Slum Children and Homeless Children for upliftment them through Education, Health and shelter with Care & Support for sustainability development.
o Since 2003, I am also working as a Project Co-ordinator CHILDLINE 1098, A National, 24-hour emergency outreach service, it is a free Phone Help Line for children in need of care & protection. Responsibilities: Project Coordinator-Project Proposal Formulation, Preparation Overall Project Action Plan, Preparation Monthly Plan of Action of the Staffs, Monitoring Project Activity, Maintaining Documentations, Assessment of monthly and quarterly staffs performance, Networking with N. G. Os, C.B.Os, Municipal Corporation and others.
o I have completed some development training of Social Work (Health, Education Shelter, Counseling etc,) and also gained knowledge of report writing, prepare documentation, evaluation, account work & office work.
o I have worked in emergency relief work in Orissa Super Cyclone in the year October 1999.
o I have worked with an International NGO for emergency relief work at BHUJ for victim’s people of Gujrat Earthquake in January 2001.
o I have worked with World Health Organisation [WHO] to the Polio eradication programmes through External Monitoring
o In Supplementary Polio Immunization under the project in Kolkata and Howrah in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 rounds, As monitor , help this project to improve quality of immunization services, strengthen inter- sectoral coordination, network with NGOs, and CBOs and build capacity at Block level as well as district level under National Polio Surveillance Project-India. and Govt of India (www.npspindia.org )
o Since 12th March 2007to 3rd October 2007 I have been worked with “UJJIVAN” www.ujjivan.com is a Bangalore based Micro Finance Institution \ NBFC to providing full range of financial services- Loans, life & health insurance , bank accounts etc to the poor working women with the mission to provide financial services to the economically active poor to enable them to build a better life as a CRM under Zonal Office Kolkata.
