I'm Renuka Hari, a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing in the city of Charlotte, NC. I'm also Board Certified at National level by NCBTMB since 2011. I've been practicing massage therapy for 13 years now and in 2015, I got my Esthetician license to practice skincare.
Having lost both my parents to cancer made me quite determined to get certified & pursue Oncology Massage to help people with cancer. To that effect, I’m also an Oncology Certified Esthetician, qualified to give skincare services to those with cancer. I'm also listed as a Preferred Practitioner with S4OM - Society for Oncology Massage. In June 2021, I qualified to become an Approved Provider to teach other massage therapists about Oncology Breast Massage: Lymphedema, Scar Tissue & Myofascial Release & an additional class regarding Ethics in Oncology Massage setting. I'm very excited to teach as this means that more therapists will have the knowledge & skill to help those with cancer, which is much needed.
I also speak as a volunteer at Carolina Breast Friends akaThe Pink House in Charlotte, NC every 3rd Thursday of the month about breast tissue lymphatics. On the first Monday of every month, I also volunteer doing in person hands on Breast Tissue Massage at The Pink House.
I love educating and giving talks about Oncology, Breast Tissue Education, its Care & Massage for both men & women. If you’d like for me to come speak at your location, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
