Dr. Kirti Ranjan Dey born on 24th November 1942.
Education – He did his MBBS and DGO Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh. He is ob-gynae specialist and diplomat in Hospital administration. He is also diplomat in the law of Medical Negligence. He is fellow of ICMCH, IAMS and Fellow of CSEPI.
Occupation – Proprietor of Dey’s Nursing Clinic, Tinsukia, the first private nursing home of Tinsukia town established in the year 1973.

He is member of Rotary club of Tinsukia. Involved in Rotary International actively, served as District Governor of Rotary District 3240.
Served as Member of District Consumer Forum at Tinsukia Court, Tinsukia for five years.
Attended on call to all LOK ADALAT, organized by District and Session Judge at Tinsukia for last ten years.

In my practice, we use to see the patient with breast lumps. Majorities are diagnosed as non malignant but I believe prevention is better than cure and I also believe that breast cancer is not rare in the parts of India
