BCH Dance for Cause (Octoberfest 2026) – Next Steps

BCH is deeply grateful to our Dance4Cause Mentors for leading with passion and purpose. Every registration donation helps save lives-turning every step into hope, impact, and change.

FREE ADMISSION FOR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY

Action Required:

👉 Team Choreographers/Mentors – Please complete the logistics form and ensure the following by September 26:

  1. Please fill out your team details in the form below - Each performance is an individual submission

  2. Music Track Submission

    • Upload a music file (max 4 minutes, MP3 or WAV only) along with the choreographer’s name and Performance Title. BCH Team will monitor the time and get back to you if it exceeds 4 minutes, or the music will be stopped at the 4-minute mark.

  3. Participation Donation

    • $25 per performer (additional contributions are welcome). Donation Link: https://donorbox.org/bchdance4cause2026

    • 100% of donations directly support the choreographer’s chosen cause, selected by the choreographer when making the donation through the link above.

    • BCH Team will validate completion of registration with choreographers.

  4. Free Admission for family, friends, and community.

  • BCH Gratitude Ceremony – 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM
    We warmly invite all BCH Dance4Cause Choreographers to join us at 10 AM, as we will be inviting you on stage during the Gratitude Ceremony to express our heartfelt appreciation for your leadership, generosity, and unwavering support of our life-saving cause.

  • Participant Check-In:
    • 1st Group: 11:30 AM–1:00 PM
    • 2nd Group: 1:30–3:00 PM

    We’ll share your assigned group slot by October 20.
