Food Relief, 2nd Wave-Covid India

Testimonial from one of the beneficiaries: Covid-19 India Second Wave, BCH Food Relief - Hathikal (Villages: Sundari-I, II, Bidruhipar, Boali Hoar), Cachar, Assam, India. BCH adopted eleven villages for door-to-door cancer screening, treatment and management but the team also monitors the situation of the people of these areas on humanitarian ground. We have a database of each family in utmost need in the villages, being daily wage earners. We are giving the one month food relief at their doorstep, with optimum follow-ups for replenishment, maintaining the dignity of each hard-working family, as they are the victims of the Covid-19 work restrictions.

A BIG THANK YOU to our DONORS, without your support, we couldn't have taken the step.

The BCH team (Villages adoption project): Sanalembi Devi (Project Coordinator), Sapna Pashi, Ranjita Singha; Sarita Singha, & Dr Lopamudra Das Roy (Principal Investigator).
