I am from the Steel City - Rourkela, India and have interest in multiple areas - ranging from crochet work, stitching, gardening, cooking to mathematics, which I had studied as part of my graduate coursework in National Institute of Technology(NIT Rourkela). As part of my day job, I work in the Investment Operation area of a large fund management/financial services firm in Charlotte, NC as an Investment Analyst.
Mission Statement:
I am truly inspired by the initiative of Dr Lopamudra Das Roy, whom I have known very closely for years as someone who has made extra-ordinary amount of effort to pursue her dreams and champion the cause of women who really need the level of support that they deserve. This specific cause is very dear to my heart as my maternal aunt had passed away in less than six months time after she had been diagnosed with breast cancer and I personally had attributed our loss to the lack of awareness of this disease among the women of all economic and social background around the world. I am really honored to be able to assist Dr Lopamudra Das Roy in her journey.
