🎪 Fest Open to Public: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Dear Volunteers,

Thank you for your kind participation and continued support of our cause!

We are thrilled to invite you to the BCH OctoberFest 2025 and appreciate your interest in hosting a Giving Stall. Please review the important information below:

✅ Slot Confirmation

Due to limited space and to avoid duplication of items especially the Food Items, stall slots will be confirmed after reviewing your submission.
Priority will be given to past BCH adult and student volunteers who have supported OctoberFest since 2022.

🎉 No Admission Fees for Giving Stalls!

• Local Small Businesses across North Carolina

This is a unique opportunity to lead, contribute, and make a meaningful difference. BCH provides a platform where purpose-driven service and local entrepreneurship come together for lasting impact.

💝 Post-Event Donations

Each Giving Stall may donate proceeds at they Wish.
All donations received by BCH will support BCH Global programs supporting the populace in utmost need, who have no one to take care of them.

• India: BCH Villages Adoption Program executing Door-to-door Cancer screenings, Treatment Support and Management, End to End care with Holistic approach.

• Sierra Leone and Nigeria: Cancer Screening and Treatment Aid for the underprivileged.

• NC and across USA: Patient Care Package and Treatment Support for underserved.

📌 Important Information for Team Representatives

• Please complete the Logistics Form by August 10.

• If your items do not require much space, we may request you to share a table with another team.

• BCH will not provide tables – each team is responsible for bringing their own.

• Each stall must assign a designated treasurer to manage funds.

• Post-event, proceeds of your wish should be sent to:

Each team’s giving/donation amount will be published on the BCH website following the event for full transparency.
