Event Date: October 20, 2024, Sunday; Time: 10:30 AM EST; Venue: Gymnasium; WR Odell Elementary School, 1885 Odell School Road, Concord, NC 28027.

All dance teams need to report at the Registration desk by 10:30 AM

The participation donation is $10 for each performer. If any participant wishes to Give more, they are most welcome. 100% of the donation will be driven towards BCH villages' adoption program for door-to-door cancer screening, Treatment Aid, and Palliative care for the underprivileged, poverty-stricken patients in India, directly under BCH supervision. (Family, Friends, Community—FREE Admission).

Please inform your team to bring their donation receipt to the registration desk on October 20 at 10:45 AM.

MUSIC TRACK (Deadline to submit: September 25): Please email your 4-minute music track to Mr. Subhadeep Mukherjee with your Email content giving the following information: Team Group Name (BCH Flamingo or BCH Peacock), Title of your Performance, The Choreographer Name and any further details you want to share.
